The Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing orders, handling invoices, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers,
To support the Healthcare Division with daily administrative operations, including handling travel and ticketing, reservations, and general coordination tasks. The Admin Coordinator will ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments and external partners.
Location: Baghdad
Responsibilities
- Handle and process all orders, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Handle travel arrangements, flight bookings, and hotel reservations for staff and visitors.
- Manage and track administrative tickets and requests in coordination with the Admin and HR teams.
- Organize and maintain administrative documents, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Support procurement and logistics activities related to office and medical supplies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of administrative needs.
- Prepare and follow up on payment requests, purchase orders, and vendor documentation
- Provide general support to management and ensure efficient daily office operations.customer monthly and yearly discounts.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative coordination or office management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.)
