The Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing orders, handling invoices, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role involves reconciling customer accounts, managing deliveries, and supporting supply chain activities to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities
- Handle and process all orders, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Manage customer monthly and yearly discounts.
- Reconcile Customer Statements of Account (SOA).
- Prepare and process monthly financial transfers.
- Oversee order deliveries and follow up on returns.
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) for supplier invoices.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to track and follow up on shipments in transit
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
