Support daily store operations and enhance the customer experience.
Job Duties:
- Assist in overseeing daily store activities and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Support and train team members on product knowledge and best practices.
- Help manage inventory, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing strategies to meet goals.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating team efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position
