Assistant Store Supervisor

Support daily store operations and enhance the customer experience.


Job Duties:


    • Assist in overseeing daily store activities and maintaining high customer service standards.
    • Support and train team members on product knowledge and best practices.
    • Help manage inventory, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
    • Engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
    • Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing strategies to meet goals.
    • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
    • Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating team efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good command of English and Arabic
  • Negotiate and contract

  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adaptability
