Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and offer personalized consultations based on their needs and skin type.
  • Recommend and upsell suitable beauty products (skincare, makeup, fragrance).
  • Demonstrate product usage and techniques in a confident and professional manner.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock levels on the shop floor.
  • Stay updated on new products, trends, and promotions.
  • Support in-store events and promotional activities.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Report sales and customer feedback to supervisors regularly.the entire sales cycle

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven with excellent customer service skills.
  • able, confident, and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
