To provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling beauty and skincare products. The Beauty Advisor is the face of the brand in-store, responsible for delivering personalized product recommendations, meeting sales targets, and creating a luxurious shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and offer personalized consultations based on their needs and skin type.
- Recommend and upsell suitable beauty products (skincare, makeup, fragrance).
- Demonstrate product usage and techniques in a confident and professional manner.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock levels on the shop floor.
- Stay updated on new products, trends, and promotions.
- Support in-store events and promotional activities.
- Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Report sales and customer feedback to supervisors regularly.the entire sales cycle

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with excellent customer service skills.
