Brand Coordinator

The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our portfolio of luxury beauty brands. This role works closely with internal teams, external agencies, and brand principals to implement campaigns, activations, and promotional initiatives in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.




Job Duties:


    Brand & Marketing Strategy Execution:

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for fragrance, makeup, and skincare brands.
    • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines and positioning.
    • Coordinate with brand principals to secure approvals for marketing materials and campaigns.

    Retail & Trade Marketing Support:

    • Develop and implement in-store activations, visual merchandising plans, and point-of-sale materials to enhance brand visibility.
    • Support key retail partners with marketing tools, training materials, and promotional assets.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of retail promotions and events, providing insights for improvement.

    Campaign & Content Management:

    • Assist in creating and localizing marketing content for digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
    • Coordinate influencer and PR collaborations to maximize brand exposure.
    • Work with the design team to develop promotional materials, newsletters, and product launch assets.

    E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Support:

    • Collaborate with e-commerce and digital teams to enhance brand presence online.
    • Assist in managing social media campaigns, product listings, and online promotions.
    • Track digital campaign performance and suggest optimizations.


Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG industry.
    • Strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling.
    • Experience in trade marketing, retail activations, digital marketing, and social media management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
    • Passion for beauty and luxury brands.

Location: Erbil or Baghdad 



Qualification

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Good in Arabic and English 
  • Microsoft office (Expert user of Excel and power point)
  • 4-5 years experience
