We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Erbil, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Recruitment, and Learning & Development (L&D). This role is ideal for a junior HR professional who is eager to grow and build a solid career in HR.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, interviews, coordination)
- Assist in talent management initiatives and performance-related activities
- Coordinate training & learning programs (L&D)
- Support onboarding and employee development activities
- Maintain HR records and reports
- Coordinate closely with HR and department managers
Must Have
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment, Talent Management, or L&D)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English (spoken & written)
- Arabic is required
- Kurdish is a strong advantage
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented
