Location : Baghdad
Job Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Perform hardware diagnosis and maintenance.
- Design, implement, and manage the office network.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard systems and data.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Resolve IT-related issues.
- Manage and diagnose issues with the CCTV system.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or related field
- Minimums 1-2 years of experience
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Professional in MS office
