We are looking for IT operator to assist related to computer hardware and software, and other tech tools and products, working within a company.
Location : Erbil
Key Duties :
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Monitor computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure they operate efficiently and securely.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as they arise, and take appropriate steps to resolve them.
- Install, configure, and update software and applications to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer hardware, including servers, routers, and switches, to keep them in optimal condition.
- Provide technical support to end-users, assisting them with IT-related issues and inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of IT systems, configurations, and changes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- Minimum less than 1 year of experience
- Good command of English and Arabic.
