. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily maintenance operations of our FMCG facility. The role involves ensuring that all equipment and machinery are running efficiently, minimizing downtime, and leading a team of technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Location: Erbil
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure machines and equipment are regularly serviced and repaired on time.

- Monitor performance and troubleshoot breakdowns.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.

- Support production needs by minimizing equipment downtime.

- Ensure health and safety compliance within the maintenance area.

Must Have
- Higher Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance within FMCG or manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, if needed.
