We are looking for passionate and driven full-Time Medical Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and promote a leading pharmaceutical portfolio.

Location: Basrah 

Responsibilities

  • Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the region.
  • Manage daily sales activities including order collection and customer follow-up.
  • Organize and support scientific events (RTDs, workshops).
  • Track sales performance and take timely corrective actions.
  • Submit regular sales and territory reports.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Ensure alignment with commercial key success factors and territory management strategies.entire sales cycle
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Qualify the customer needs
  • Negotiate and contract
  • Master demos of our software

Must Have

  • Baachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Must not be a government employee or under a 5-year unpaid leave from public service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales track record in the medical field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
