Present and promote products through regular visits to doctors and pharmacists; identify needs, answer queries, provide advice, samples, supporting documents, etc., leverage product visibility and awareness, and boost sales.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory business and routing plans to optimize the number of calls on targeted clients in close coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Conduct regular market visits as per the set routing plan to assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products and samples.
- Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe company products utilizing effective selling techniques, product knowledge, positioning, and consistent delivery of the message to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records related to daily field visits and report to management clients’ feedback for documentation and follow-up purposes.
- Ensure achievement of the set and agreed sales target in terms of market share and growth within the agreed sales strategy, budgets, and timescale.
- Analyze continuous sales data as well as monitor the sales versus target report to assess current brands' performance and identify hidden opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly specific reports about market visits, sample distribution, subject of visits, sales results, routing plan, new clients, etc., and report them to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, highlight their weaknesses, and promote relevant strengths.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, or Biology, Pediatrics, Nursing (or equivalent)
