We are looking for a motivated Product Specialist to join our Healthcare Division. The role involves managing the product life cycle from development to promotion, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring competitive positioning in the market
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing yearly sales forecasts with suppliers and management, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Conduct site surveys, propose product solutions, and support demo installations with the technical team.
- Manage medical equipment installations, follow up on technical requirements with suppliers, and train customers on usage.
- Regularly visit customers to introduce new products, promotions, and ensure stock availability.
- Monitor consignment stock, transfers, and protect products from expiry.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (sales, stock, market visits, competitor activity, etc.) to management and suppliers.
- Seek and develop new customers in assigned areas and propose promotional action plans.
- Deliver and coordinate product training sessions and workshops for users.
- Maintain up-to-date client databases and foster strong, long-term customer relationships
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in marketing and sales is preferred.
