Handle the procurement of goods and services for the company and ensure that purchases are made efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Job Duties:
- Identify and select suppliers based on company needs.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
- Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Reorder supplies as needed and perform regular stock checks.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure quality.
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and inventory status.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
