We are seeking a dedicated QC & Maintenance Coordinator to ensure quality control standards are met and to oversee maintenance operations at our FMCG warehouse. The ideal candidate will support smooth warehouse operations by implementing quality checks, preventive maintenance plans, and managing repair activities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- implement quality control procedures in the warehouse.
- Monitor compliance with FMCG quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Develop and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of machinery to reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to QC and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for technical support when needed.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QC or maintenance coordination, preferably in FMCG or warehouse settings.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and maintenance best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills
