We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and ensure the implementation of Quality Management Systems and compliance with GSDP, ISO standards, and Pharmacovigilance requirements across our healthcare operations.
This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards in storage, distribution, and product quality across pharmaceutical and medical products.
Responsibilities
- • Ensure full implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in line with local & international standards
- • Lead internal audits (GSDP & ISO 9001:2015) and follow up on CAPA plans
- • Manage product recalls, mock recalls, and supplier compliance
- • Oversee pharmacovigilance (PV) activities and customer complaints handling
- • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections across warehouses and operations
- • Monitor temperature mapping, calibration, and compliance standards
- • Lead training programs on SOPs, QMS, and quality awareness
- • Manage deviations, change control, and root cause analysis
- • Support supplier qualification and third-party audits
- • Act as Backup Local Safety Responsible (LSR) for PV activities or be the point of contact in PV Audits.
- • People management responsibilities, including the supervision, development, and performance management of Quality team members.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Biomedical Field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Healthcare / Pharma)
- Certification in Quality Assurance / Quality Management is a plus
- Strong knowledge of: GSDP, ISO standards, Pharmacovigilance
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
Work Environment
- Office & warehouse-based role.
- Requires field visits and travel when needed.
