Al - Mouyasser Company is seeking a sales Manager to oversee the Medical Promotion and Marketing Team across Iraq. This position is responsible for managing a team of 11 medical representatives, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
location: Baghdad and other provinces
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the medical promotion and marketing team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide strategic direction.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
Must Have
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical promotion (5-7 years preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, presentation, and time management tools.
- Other Skills: Strong leadership, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
