Al-Mouyasser – Fattal Group is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our Healthcare Division.
The Sales Manager will lead a team of Medical Representatives and drive the promotion of generics across key provinces (Baghdad, Mosul, Babel, Karbala, Basra).
Responsibilities
- Full-time Sales Manager overseeing a team of Medical Representatives.
- Responsible for generics medical promotion across multiple provinces, including but not limited to: Baghdad, Mosul, Babel, Karbala, and Basra.
- Work Location: Baghdad with coverage of the above-mentioned provinces.
Must Have
- Educational Level: Pharmacist
- Field of Specialty: Pharmaceutics
- Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years in medical promotion (preferably in generics).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
- Computer Skills: Professional level
Nice to have
- strong scientific background in pharmaceutics, particularly generics business.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing medical representatives.
- Well-established PR with potential prescribers.
- High leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
