We are looking for a local Sales Representative based in Baghdad with monthly visits to South and Mid provinces. The ideal candidate must own a car and have experience in beauty or cosmetics sales. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Arabic is required, with basic English and computer skills as a plus. This role offers a competitive salary with commission-based incentives and requires a self-motivated individual who can meet sales targets while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell beauty products to clients in Baghdad, South, and Mid provinces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, salons, and beauty professionals.
- Achieve sales targets and drive market expansion.
- Conduct regular visits to clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to clients.
Must Have
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Language: Fluency in Arabic; basic English is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
- Sales Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
