We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to manage daily operations within our beauty retail store. This role is critical to ensuring the store operates smoothly, achieves sales targets, and provides exceptional customer service. The Store Supervisor will oversee staff, inventory management, and store presentation while ensuring operational excellence.
Location: Baghdad
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and Training: Lead, train, and develop store staff to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
- Customer Service: Provide efficient and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets and ensure the store meets performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place replenishment orders, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Product Handling: Oversee the receipt and return of goods, ensuring they are in good condition and properly stored.
- Staff Scheduling: Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance to ensure adequate coverage and smooth store operations.
- Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Cash Register Management: Handle daily cash register transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, - Marketing, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- - Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
- - Good Command in English and Arabic
- - Good Command in MS Office
